LocationCast
Pilot board — ET Erie, PA
Pilot status — Nov 1, 2026 LocationCast is in pilot on the operator’s own Erie, PA group; the pilot season began October 26, 2026, and runs under a hard compliance gate on December 7, 2026 (Pennsylvania’s Act 99 AI-disclosure law). No external locations are being served, and there is nothing to buy on this site. The founding cohort opens by request access after the pilot gate review in January 2027.

Channel 08 · Founding cohort

Three operators. Admitted on receipts.

The founding cohort is not a launch sale. It is three multi-location operators who get LocationCast first — terms locked for twelve months — in exchange for measurement access and one honest conversation at season’s end. Admission waits for the pilot gate, because the pitch is the pilot’s numbers and there is no other pitch.

Who fits

Built for this operator

  • 5–30 locations under one brand or a small brand family
  • Home-services trades — plumbing, HVAC, roofing, cleaning, snow & landscape, and their neighbors
  • One metro or a tight region, where “near me” is the whole game
  • An owner still close to operations, who has priced Door 1 or Door 2 and declined both
  • Willing to be measured — tracked numbers on everything, results discussed whole

Who does not

Honestly pointed elsewhere

  • A single location — that is what the studio’s existing Flywheel program is for; LocationCast’s economics are built for groups and would be the wrong tool at one address
  • 2–4 locations — apply anyway: cohort math is per group, and the fit call decides
  • Anyone who wants a login and a template library — the DIY tools do that cheaper, and we’d be selling you our absence
  • Anyone who needs it live this month — the gate is in January and it does not move for an application
  • Anyone whose first requirement is a results guarantee — we report measurements; we don’t pre-sell them

What happens next

The road from application to on-air

N-1

Application

You submit the form below (while the intake line is being built, the working routes are listed with it). Applications are read by a person and held — not drip-marketed.

N-2

Gate review — January 2027

The pilot faces its published criteria. If the verdict is PIVOT, applications are answered with that news and the records behind it. Nobody is sold a system that just failed its own test.

N-3

Fit call — 30 minutes

For admitted applicants: your group’s math against the pilot’s actuals, cohort terms in writing, and the three standing gates (insurance, agreement, billing) confirmed complete before any signature.

N-4

Launch, location by location

Interviews, facts files, presenter casting, channel builds, tracking — then your locations join the board one at a time, each verified live before the next starts. How long one location takes, end to end, is one of the numbers the pilot is measuring; it publishes with the gate results. What the pilot already shows: the long poles are channel creation and profile verification, and they run at platform speed, not ours — plan on weeks per location, not days, until the measured number replaces that sentence.

PREVIEW FORM — this page does not transmit anything. The live intake line opens with the founding cohort; this build is published so you can see exactly what the application asks and answer it on paper if you prefer. Submitting below echoes your answers back to you on this page and sends nothing, to anyone, anywhere. The working route today: Neat Circle LLC, 924 W 23rd St, Erie, PA 16502 — a letter reaches the studio, and applications by post are logged in the same queue.
